Amazon recently lowered the Kindle’s price to two hundred and ninety-nine dollars—but that may not be enough. A Chinese company called Peking University Founder has just unveiled a device that looks awfully similar. Few specs have been released; only that the reader will feature a cellular connection to download books, and will go on sale at the end of the year in China for the equivalent of two hundred and ten dollars.
